It has been a good and busy week.

From starting this cycle by passing my apartment’s annual mechanical and housekeeping inspection without any assistance by others was a big win from the start to closing the work week full of challenges with paratransit while remaining dignified and supporting and advocating for others in a calm and peaceful way. To learning that I have to not only let go of the things that no longer serve me and not let them become my fight to advocate for as they would not be what I would want to endure. Rather, it is putting myself out there and allowing myself to see that I am an amazing person that is a not only a shining light to many among other redeeming qualities.

We had another amazing church service being anointed once again along with a good message and getting to hold the loser trophy from the weight loss support crushing almost 4 pounds. losing over 10 this year. Things happen if you make them happen.
