It Has Been Quite a Progressive Week!

From ending last week sharing my story about my time with day services at a local residential facility to spending a great deal of the weekend with my family, tolerating and accepting tasks that are not my enjoyment like going to the farm store to in short order getting items together for a pantry drive with my Monday Night Support Group along with leading a informal discussion for the program time as well as not being attention seeking or having toxic behaviors including having my sister come and help me clean my apartment with no issues including me doing a majority of the work beforehand so she did not have to. Being praised for my efforts after many years of struggling in this area felt quite amazing and gave me further incentive to keep going and doing the best that I can do going forward.
