It has been a busy but well achieving cycle.

From starting the past cycle at my last Church Charge Conference and learning of my appointment to the Church Board of Trustees until the end of 2029 to having a good close to October while opening up November with a sound mind and a renewed spirit albeit going through the changing of the clocks to having Monday’s plans uprooted due to a glitch in the shared-ride system, accepting it with grace and cordial understanding and using the time to recoup from Daylight Saving time and to work on things around the home to getting back into keeping my self-care planner and journal while understanding the power that emotional regulation when things get uprooted in our lives to be able to be graceful and humble. Lastly today, I celebrate six years living in my current apartment, something that I never thought would happen.

Life is good!
