It has been a busy week before Christmas

From closing out last week at holiday parties and luncheons to ending work before the holiday break and seeing how valuable it is to still be attending day services as a backup plan when work is closed in order to prevent self-isolation shows how much I value the need to care for my mental health and do what is right all the time.

This past weekend I attended a Blue Christmas service at our church and had an amazing experience praying for things and setting good intentions for 2026.

Lastly, it has been good at day services where I had my quarterly review where I was able to see the progress that I have made while understanding that I still need to work on some things and that will include setting a better intention for those things in 2026. The sky is the limit and there is so much potential.

Quote of the week

““Being A ‘Shining Example To My Peers’ means that I am open, transparent and honest with what it takes and the struggles in managing life’s necessities and challenges alongside being hopeful and resilient in my fight to keep going and living the life that is mine.”
