It can be so easy to worry down the road.

But I’ve learned that it’s better to live in the moment.

For years I’ve spent a lot of time worrying about things I can’t change or control.

What I didn’t realize was that I was wasting so much time overthinking and ruminating when I could be relaxing and enjoying life.

Not doing the right things to take care of myself didn’t make things easier either.

This has been a big step in reducing my anxiety and just enjoying life for what it is.

I can’t change things that aren’t mine to control or fix.

I have to be me for me and love myself and life.
