As I started 2023 a few weeks ago, I am working to be a better me. One of those things I did that I didn’t even know that I would be doing would be letting go of things that were bothering me and trying to focus on what I needed spiritual guidance on.

In my life as an autistic person, the (dys)regulation of my emotions can be extremely absurd. In moments for me to be happy I can be angry about them because they free me from what I initially want free of, but at that point I want to be with the only thing that I want to get away from.
A Better Mindset
Sometimes, it takes the simplest of things to have a positive attitude. For the longest time in recent years, I had a very negative outlook on my life, what it pertained and my future. Being in a better place, hopefully for a long time, has made my life much more desirable to enjoy!
